1. Valid from 12:01am Saturday 6 April to 11.59pm Tuesday 30 April 2024 (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside this time will be ineligible for entry.
2. The entities responsible for this promotion are Consumer Finance Limited (Q Card) and Columbus Financial Services Limited (Q Mastercard) (together, the “Promoter”).
3. There are three (3) prizes in total to give away (“Prize Draw”).
4. Three (3) Prize Draw winners will each receive a credit back on their Q Card or Q Mastercard account for an amount equal to the closing balance of their account as at 11.59pm on Tuesday 30 April 2024, up to a maximum amount of $5,000 (“Prize”).
5. One (1) entry into the Prize Draw is automatic every time a purchase is made with Q Card or Q Mastercard (excludes Long Term Finance) during the Prize Draw Period. The transaction date is determined by when and where the merchant processes the purchase and is outside of the Promoters control and may affect eligibility. Purchases made overseas or online will be accepted in the merchants local time, which may affect eligibility.
6. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Details provided by entrants or the Prize Draw winners, will be verified by the Promoter to validate the eligibility of the entrant or Prize Draw winner, as the case may be. If for any reason, a Prize Draw winner is deemed ineligible for any reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement Prize Draw winner.
7. The “Prize” is not negotiable or transferable.
8. To be eligible for a Prize, an account must not be in arrears at the time the Prize Draw takes place.
9. Any purchases made during the Prize Draw Period that have been cancelled, refunded, returned, or suspended before the Prize Draw date will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
10. Three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries from the Prize Draw Period.
11. The Prize Draw will take place at 111 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket, Auckland on Monday 6 May 2024.
12. The Prize Draw winners will be notified via phone or email by Friday 10 May 2024. If a Prize Draw winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Promoter reserves the right to re-draw an alternative Prize winner.
13. The Promoter collects personal information in order to offer the Prize. If the information is not requested or provided, then the entrants or Prize Daw winners may not participate in the Prize Draw. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use that information including the Prize Draw winner’s details, first name and photograph, for promotion and media purposes without any further reference, payment, or other compensation to the Prize Draw winner. 14. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
16. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
17. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. Employees of the Promoter and/or Humm (NZ) Limited are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with a prize or this Prize Draw.
20. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
21. All dates and time are in New Zealand local time.

23. Credit provided by Columbus Financial Services Limited (Q Mastercard) and Consumer Finance Limited (Q Card).
