These reviews must be from the truckers who cry about everything. I have been driving since 1987 and this is by far the best company I have worked for. The pay for a company driver is great ... I get home several times a week and still make 100k as a company driver. The benefits are good. And I have a good terminal manager who goes out of his way to help make the drivers job as stress free as possible. And I can honestly say I think this is the first company I've ever worked for where I have no customers that I dread going to, most customers are great.

Racist , will mess up your check if you don’t pay attention, don’t listen, hate blacks in Jacksonville, Carolinas and etc terminals. Everyone lies! You ask for sometime you want before work but give you the opposite. No one stays long. Most people quit the first week or even during training due to lack of recruitment, managers and etc not communicating

Auto pay promised, but not honored. Paycheck by US mail only and usually a day or three late. I was on a customers site to deliver their order, and was denied access to climb up on top of my tanker to hook up the air hose and off load. No! That is a CALOSHA violation, so I was dispatched to another customer site who was desperate for the product. I knew that, but Quality Carriers in Stockton, CA. has several tankers with that discrepancy. No delivery no pay. Owner Operator support was way below average. I've been doing this sort of job for 18 years delivering Hazardous Chemicals and I'm sorry I left the company I was with located from across the street. Chemical Transfer Inc. I sold my Peterbilt truck to another trucker at C.T. inc. In summary Left high school to joint a fourth grade operation. Seven months with Quality Carriers in Stockton, CA. is enough. As a Military Veteran I wasted my time here.

DONT GET SERIOUSLY INJURED. I fell from rear of tractor while unloading dry bulk breaking my back and had other injuries. Fender camera recorded it all. QC would not give me a copy and their 3rd party adjuster sublitted a ficticious version of how it happened. I petitioned PA Work Comp court. QC counsol said it writing they would provide video. Judge later gave them 30 days to produce video, then a subpoena was issued and still no video. Their doctors initially diagnosed my injuries as strained muscles. Only by an independent review was i able to have their doctors order and mri for my back. They have delayed my care and their doctors keep repeating the fake version of what happened that day. I even wrote the president of Quality Distribution in Tampa. No reply. They just dont care and their doctors, lawyers and adjusters have done many things to stress my family and I, forced me to work at a salvation army in a filthy store, put me under surveillance and the investigator even falsified parts of that surveillance and disclosed sensitive personal information about my spouse. These people have made my recovery a slow and painful one. Recently, we reached an agreement in pronciple to settle the matter. Then I discovered they hadn't paid for my back surgery and follow up totaling almost $ 24,000 The insurance carrier's adjuster and attorney claims they never received any of these bills, but they were put into collections by UPMC. The proposed agreement appeared to make me personally responsible for this money after 60 days from settlement had passed. This company has demonstrated its contempt for me at its highest levels. To say I'm disapointed in their leadership is an understatement. They advertise how they care about their employees but their actions when the chips are down tell a different tale for me. QC, why don't you just man up and do what is good, decent and right? I will continue to pray that your company will reconsider your thought process and tactics toward injured workers.

Cameras in trucks , speedgauge , no threshold , 5mph buffer not 6mph they will harass you. most if not all your dispatch info will be wrong , THE LESS THEY KNOW THE BETTER.
