This Taxi service ishighly inconsistent when itcomes toarrival times. The dispatcher will lie toyour face and tell you the taxi is10mins away and then have you wait 50+ mins. The drivers and the business owner are both unprofessional. The owner will hang upthe phone onyou and ignore your calls. The drivers attimes had noseatbelts. The drivers change lanes just toget ahead ofcars asif itwas arace. One ofmy drivers rear ended another person ata stop sign. There isa massive lackof communication between the drivers and the dispatchers. Iused the taxi toget towork 5days ina row and was late 5days inarow. The drivers will lie tothe owner about the services they provided tojustify demanding more payment from customers. Driver retention with this taxi service isnon-existent because the owner poorly manages his staff and his business. Ifyou want ahorrible taxi experience this isthe one foryou.… – show

Wanted tosupport alocal cab company soreached out tothem. Was given aquote via text and when Iasked ifI could book, noresponse. Quote was reasonable, about 2xprice ofa Lyft and 25% less than acar service. Ifollowed upand then mybooking was confirmed for the followingday.
Cut tothe time Iwas supposed toget pickedup, car was not ontime. After 10minutes and inability toreach via phone, Itexted and was simply told “yes” when Iasked ifthey were coming. Iwas not given anETA
, but then the company called and patched methrough tothe driver. Iwas told that she was intraffic and her ETA was 37mins after the confirmed pickup time. She confirmed that she was coming from the town nearby, which is30minutes away. These are country roads, there’s notraffic, atleast none that would have led her totake anhour+ toarrive. Clearly she had forgotten and just had left. The attitude was also not great, she was just blaming the traffic and acting abit shocked when Icanceled asif nbd tobe that late togo tothe airport. Iended upscrambling and having todrive tothe airport and pay for $$$ long term parking.Fun!I don't like leaving negative reviews and putting businesses atrisk. Iwaited awhile tocool down and for any sort off/u communication orapology, nothing. This company put mein amajor bind, sohad toshare.
